A Night of Celebration at Te Pae – 65th Anniversary Cocktail Event
A special evening of celebration was held at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre to mark the 65th anniversary of the Canterbury Medical Research Foundation. For six and a half decades, CMRF has stood alongside Ōtautahi’s researchers, clinicians, and communities. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, this year we celebrated our largest ever investment in local health research — an incredible $1.5 million in grant funding.
The evening also recognised our 2025 funding recipients and welcomed new Honorary Life Members, while acknowledging the supporters and researchers whose dedication continues to advance health research in our community.
